(會在標題打惡靈古堡相關是想說會不會有同好XD

以上紅字部分的文法我相當困惑，意思似懂非懂
as Resident-Evil as it gets 可以翻譯成就像以往惡靈古堡一樣?
nothing that while there are effective jump scares
這邊為什麼又are又原型動詞scares? 這邊的effective是形容哪裡?
