[文法] 請教一個英文句子
各位前輩好，因為英文基礎很弱，現在想要砍掉重練。以下是在BBC新聞裡看到的一個句
子：
But analysts say it inevitably sends a message to China as it continues to dev
elop the disputed South China Sea.
請問say、sends和continues都是動詞，所以應該是子句的概念嗎是跟it有關嗎？？ 麻煩
