fluff and fold
it means that u give the preference to ur customer,esp for the frequently one
like discount or something else.
for ex :
You are not our frequently customer, so u can't get in the way of fluffing and
folding
and for bundt cake..
i don't know how to explan it in Chinese..

or from Dictionary, it shows
