Back to the theme, I like this, "we got a lot, but we lost more."
You voiced the feelings of thousands of poor students in Taiwan,
including younger me.
Looking back on my college days,
I am glad to say that I've developed so much interest in so many fields,
met a lot of interesting people ...
But there're still something I lost, such as my awful grades,
little time to be with my dear mom and dad ... .
For we have to choose all the time, there will be something you got and lost.
I think the difference between our life in college and in high school
is that we have more power to choose from a lot more options.
May you find a perfect balance in your next 3 1/2 years,
and just do it with no regret. :)
