In my case, I imagine myself chatting with a foreign friend.
Make it more specific, I play two roles at the same time.
I may well debate with this virtual friend, criticize politics, or even quarrel
with him.
It my seem absurd, but my English speaking does improve rapidly.
Well, the only thing you'll have to worry about is that passersby might think
you insane because you keep talking to yourself. :P
