Well.. I dont think it's impossible to creat a Eng. environment now.
However, you need to do something, you need to make up your mind. Try
to make Eng. around you. I mean, try to use Eng. as much as possible.
You can write your dialy in Eng., for example. Attending this board is
also a good choice. Sounds easy, right? But I am "trying" to work it
out...
Oh, nice to meet you guys. sometimes I surf on this board but I
seldom post. A slogan comes to my mind now, "Let's make English better!"
Ha Ha...
