[Talk] Favorite Food
I was looking at some restaurant discount vouchers, and suddenly thought of
this... What are people's favorite food?
Of course, most people would immediately think of things like chocolate - sweet
things~ ^^ But I've found that while I loved sweet food as a kid,
I don't like them so much anymore. Not too sure why. Maybe it's because I eat
less of them, and now when I eat them, I'm not used to the taste, and think
that they are too sweet sometimes! However, I still enjoy cakes and other
desserts every now and then. My favorite is cheese cake - but only a special
kind - the kind with a very heavy cheese flavor ^^ (Yes, I know, the most
fattening kind >///<)
In terms of meals of different culture... I think Chinese food have the most
variety. I like some dishes but not others. However, I think I've always had
a preference for Western food, especially pasta and spaghetti. I also like
Japanese food a lot, although I tend to stay away from the really strange
combinations of food that they eat sometimes! I have tried sashimi, but I
don't eat it very often. I'm always worried that it would not be fresh... :(
My favorite Japanese dish is oyakoo don, which is chicken and egg cooked
with onion, served on top of Japanese rice. Yum~~~~
OK, all this talk is making me hungry! I'm going to get something to eat now! :P
But I'm hoping that everyone will share their favorite food as well! ^^
