: you shouldn't call yourself a "lucky guy"! It can really create confusion @@
: You should probably say either: lucky girl, or just use the gender neutral:

well, if you're a guy/girl, you should probably say: I'm "a" lucky guy/girl(gal)
but actually you can just simply say: I'm lucky
