[Talk] English and our culture
I noticed people in mainland China don't put their names in Western way-first
name before last name.
That may be a bit weird, but I do think maybe that's what we should do for
Chinese culture being respected.
For long, we've been following western rules, especially the states.
When we speak English, we always try to be a native speaker, using all foreign
tones and expresions to show how good one's English is.
But we connot be a foreigner after all, why not use our culture into English
to let others know who we are and what we think.
So I do think if we can share our culture via English, that would be better
than we simply know others by English.
China may have long way to improve, but they're proud of Chinese culture and
never forget who they are, even if adopting western techs and thoughts.
How about people in Taiwan? Can we stick to our culture with no fear?
We can think sometimes!
