There are several kinds of pubs in Taiwan.
In my opinion, some people just want to have fun there.
However, some foreign men focus on chasing Taiwanese girls in some pubs.
If I were you, I would not choose pubs to practice English.
It must be more good places that you can learn English well.
Of course, everyone has his own points of view.
Thus, no one can disagree with you.
Maybe, you really improve your English ability well by means of staying there.
