Re: [Talk] Seasons
I don't really have a favorite season.
There's something I love about and hate about in each season.
So I'm not here to talk about my fav season. :p
Being in Taiwan for almost my entire life, I thought I knew
what seasons are like. However, after the first year I spent
in Buffalo, NY, I realized I was wrong. I realized that winter
is not just temperature dropping a bit, summer is not just
sizzling hot and humid. Season changing is something you can
actually feel, instaed of merely acknowledging its coming and
going. Spring, spring is really smellable, and when you open
the window, this season fill your sight with pleasantness,
and you just can't help but sighing to your hearts content,
"This is spring." Summer is energetic, colorful and so full
of life. Autumn is magnificent. The leaves turn into golden
yellow all in one day, and turn into orange like the sunset,
and then red. Finally the leaves all kiss the ground, and one
day you wake up and look out, and find the whole world is
covered with snow. The trees standing still are like the picture
on the bottle of Belvedere.
And that's what I'd call four seasons.
