I don't know if this is what you have been thinking about.If it's so,
trying to find several right persons,who you can trust him or her is
considerate,to put down your burden.If you are afraid of bothering
those people,I can take this role.It means you can write e-mail to me and
I can try to be your new listener.
Anyway this is very important-speaking out is better than not.
Don't be so hard on youself.Sometimes one shouldn't put on something that
he can not pull it off cause this could be a burden,which can change a person
into a negative one,and things itself would be no change or be worse.In fact,
your top priority is to be yourself,the origin one,and do your duty.If you
consider you're managing and you have more energy and time,then the extra
affairs,which can help your family,you can take it.
Maybe all what I mentioned above you have already known but I insist-
"Party More" and you will refill of energy and hopes.
