This discussion is getting complicated and I want to leave it there and simply offer a totally different point of view. First of all, studying abroad, to me, means a way to improve my income and broaden my global view points. I also heard that employers would like to hire employees who support their college and graduate study based on scholarship or part-time jobs. Because this means the employee is very good at time management and perform very well academically. Also if the employee already works part-time, or does some internship, chances are the employee already learned how to serve customers well and respect the boss well. Secondly, I heard Americans employers would like to hire volunteers who are officers in students organizations. In many American Universities, our Taiwanese students associations' officers are trained well by serving their countrymen. They have good characters and are nice people. I have served my classmates and American students by committing my time. Hence, I grow up my mentality and learn how to appreciate and respect people and be brave when I meet mean people. To sum up, I am a Taiwanese girl and I once did not know appreciating to people's good will. But after I start to work as a Teaching Assistant, serve students as clubs' officers and church volunteers, I have changed a lot. And now I got a working visa in the United States. (If you study abroad like me, you might be able to know how hard it is to get a working visa in the US.) I simply want to give methods that can help girls to grow up. Girls and boys, please volunteer your time to serve other people, or take a parttime job, then you will be a better person. ※ 編輯: janetsky 來自: 68.157.62.64 (01/27 01:46)
