It's quite true that you want to eat more when you go to a buffet
restaurant.People always want to make their money worthy.But when I get
older,I prefer to waste money than gain my weight.If I eat too much,I'll
have to worry about how to keep my body fit.So gradually,I stop meeting my
freinds in buffet restaurants.In my opinions,the main purpose of the
appointments is to have friends or family get together,not what we eat
or where we eat.However if I really can't refuse the attraction of those
delicious buffet,I'll enjoy the food first and then tell myself not to have
dinner for couple days.
