My neighbor is now washing her dirty laundry, with washing machine, of course.
It's definitely OK to do laundry in the balcony, but it somehow annoyed me
due to the eminently loud noise.
The owner of the noizy washing machine said that her machine had some problem.
But to the best of my knowledge, the annoyingly noizy machine had never got
repaired. The owner just let it bother neighbors, me included.
I am so fed up with the neighbor with no respect to others.
Have you guys ever met any terrible neighbors?
