There are lots of foreign students in NTU
You got more opportunities to find one than others
According to my experience, you better find one who cannot sepak good
Mandarin and have strong will to learn.
If he/she can speak good Mandarin, his/her will not have strong determination
and may stand you up or refuse to practice from time to time....
if he/she feels lazy or something.
Being able to speak good Mandarin,he/she may still learn well without you.
This is one of my friend's experience, who also found one foreigner
in NTU. Now they never meet since he stood my friend up
(the foreigner can speak good Mandarin)
BTW, this is just my case, not the whole thing.
