First, never think that you can learn a language very well in a month,
neither vocaburary nor speaking.
So, what you can do ina month? I think that practice what you have managed
may be more fessible to you.
If I were you, I will ask someone who speaking english very well as my tutor
and practice speaking with him/her for 1~2 hours everyday.
I will not spend too much time in learning new vocaburary becuase I can't use
it very well in short time.
The vocaburary which used in conversation is common and simple so that you
don't need to worry about vocaburary but not to the professional words that
you need.
So, take it easy and remeber, success comes from one percentage effort and
nity-nine percentage confidence.
