bc if the program interests u, u souldn't be destracted easily.
recenly i found a nice way to practice listening.
that is, to watch TV program on youtube.
like sex and the city, project runway, america's next top model...etc
all these programs have no any subtitle, which makes them an intersting
listening class^^
well these are the programs i love, u can just choose the ones that u're
interested in~try it!!
