Hi viven, I've several friends in Beijing. I remember one of them took me to the most expensive duck restaurant in Beijing, it cost her several weeks wages I think! It was pretty tasty though, the freshly cooked skin is amazing. And I had lots of fun running up the great wall at Simitai as fast as I could! I've been to many other interesting places in China, but simitai is one of my favourite. And beijing duck was the tastiest food I ate when in China. In scotland, the highlands are very beautiful. I miss them sometimes. The monster at loch ness is probably just a big eel or something. There have been lots of studies to find it.
