[Ask ] What does "How're you doing?" really mean?
First of all,
I know "how're you doing?" is the same as "how are you doing" XD
What I want to know is...
when a person said this at the start of his/her conversation,
does he or she really expect a response like "Fine" or
it's just another way of saying "Hi" ?
