Sorry, I don't get what you mean exactly. Do you mean you easily lose your temper and get angry often? If so, I suggest you learn to stay calm while you are in a bad mood. Think more before action. Maybe you are too young to control your temper. It takes time to master the art of being rational. Can you make clear what your problem is? Also, you can illustrate what situations you confront with. Maybe we all can help you out. ※ 引述《lifedrifter (lifedrifter)》之銘言: : I apologise for this post; it is not exactly a work of art, : but I need somewhere to vent my frustrations and just typity-type : my woes away. (Not that my problems will be solved, but hey, : I can choose to live in self-denial, can't I?) : There is a certain uncertainty to expecting the unexpected. : I mean, we can plan for contingencies, cross our fingers : and hope for the best, but when shit hits the fan, most of us : will panic and lose control, and we forget to get a grip on : ourselves. At least I know I'll just completely lose it, heh. : So if I can be sure of one thing, it's that I'll screw up and : come down with some sickening disease that will debilitate my : ability to rehabilitate my own ups and downs. : I guess this post is exactly why people call me an asshole; : you can only get crap out of me. : Thanks for reading. : You've been great :) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.224.148.44
