Sincerely, my suggestion is .... don't listen ICRT to improve your English.
That's useless and not effective.
Because there's too more ADs in Chinese.
And too more songs... whatever the song is English or Chinese,
that isn't a preferable way to study English...
If you want to study English in CNN news.
The first problem is "You must be familiar with news".
That is more important than vocabulary.
If you aren't familiar with news... It is impossible to understand CNN news,
whether your English is good enough or not.
