You've just made a quick question and I refuse to make a quick answer tho.
I'm wondering what happended between you and "someone"?
Did his/her act disappoint you, or you've heard sth from him/her?
I don't think going to Euro will be a wiser choice, since
you haven't considered (or you just didn't mention it) your
interest subject.
It's not the problem with country or area, it's the problem with
what you desire.
I'll suggest you thinking 'bout it more carefully if you really
considered studying abroad as an option, it may worth, or not.
