If you discussed about the top schools of Taiwan and Europe.
I suggest that you can visit Nationl Taiwan University.
There are many interactions among professors and students,
and many diligent students exist in that school.
The education quality of this school is bad? I don't think so.
In this kind of school, students can't fulfill their dream? I don't think so.
Of course,
National Taiwan University can't represent the higher education of Taiwan.
It is the same about Europe.
On the other hand, Oxford or Cambridge can't represent Europe.
Consequently, my conclusion is:
Higher education just only support students for their resources.
Anyone can fulfill his dream or not, it depends on his fate and
that he does his best or not.
Taiwan or Europe is not the key point.
We believe that the higher education of Taiwan have noumerous problems.
But I think the problem is on the whole education system.
I also hope our government can do something to improve it.
I also believe the top school of Taiwan is very outstanding,
even if compared to some good universities of Europe.
Back to your first article. You mentioned "Europe and Asia".
I believe if you can got admission of NTU or Tokyo University,
you could got every resources a European university can give.
