Hi ! I'm foreigner, I'm french.
For me it was difficult to find good food in taiwan because all
my taiwanese friend always take me to some place they like but
our taste or a little bit different.
In Taipei I think Din Tai Fong is a good choice :-), but else
I don't know very well Taipei as I live in 新竹。
