Actually, I attempted to solve the same question as you but soon gave up.
I have tried but in vain.
(I still can't pronounce "er" and "ur" differently.
It's also hard to differ it when hearing. Anyone have suggestions?)
I made effort to improve the accent because I thought the native accent was
cool. But now I don't think so cuz I realize fluency plays a more important
role than the accent does.
If you want to do this very urgently, read out loud and read often.
And try to pronounce each syllable clearly.
