I have similar experience at work. Some young men/lady (or so-called this generation) always think they are good. They are very self-confident. They think they are capable doing their job well, and they don't accept others' correction. When I try to correct or give some advice, they will think I am being picky. Or they would think they have done a good-enough job, why am I still picky on something? However, we are in the real world, you should be ready for everything, not matter good or bad.
