[Mind] The Life Style Challenge
At beginning, I don't know this book. I sent literary to "correct writing"
teacher last month. I wrote down some experience about how I have chased
girls and I always failed. The teacher introduce me this book "The Lifestyle
Challenge". And then, I start to read it. This book separate the game to
thirty days.
Day one
Mission 1: Evaluate Yourself
1. Write one or two sentences describing how you believe other people currently
perceive you.
I'm optimism, and have strong person's special behavior.
2. Write one or two sentences describing how you'd liketo be perceived by
others.
I want to be grow up like a real man.
3. List three of your behaviors or characteristics you would like to change.
foolish laugh
4. List three new behaviors or characteristics you would like to adopt.
I can accost girls. They'll not reject me.
I want to have strong self-confident.
I want to have more attractive.
Mission 2: Read and Destroy
Before moving on to your first field assignment, it's necessary to eliminate
any self-sabotaging beliefs that you may have about interacting with women.
Mission 3: Operation Small Talk
I did it. I accost five people during a quarter hour. At that time, I
was in school. So I use breaking time to do that. I said: Do you know where
is realty department? One woman said: I don't know. Another woman said: Maybe
in that building. The others pointed out the place to me.
This is just the Day 1. If I get something idea, I'll write down my feeling
here.
