What does English mean to you? Hmmm, for starter, it probably is the most common language on earth. (I could be wrong...) But it definitely is a bridge that connects people to people. What do you like about it? From the beginning, it was just like everyone else. A new learner tried to und erstand the basics, such as proper grammar, daily conversation, pronunciation, etc. Then the cultural aspects came in place. The intriguing slangs from diff erent regions, even accents. Understanding jokes across the world were so deli ghtful to a point that I could rip-on people. Overall, I'd say it's a fun lang uage to learn. Any tips about learning English? Creating an English environment on a daily basis is crucial for learners. Howe ver, if your environment is restricted for you to expand your English horizon, I'd recommend you to at least pick a movie to watch or even listen to English songs. Most importantly, have fun. I graduated from college two years ago, so it has been a while since I get to talk/chat/wr ite to someone in English.
