[Talk] If you want to be someone's friend?

The weather is kinda soft and mild.
It's a little cold with winds.
Have you had your dinner?
I'd like to ask you about something.
If you want to be someone's friend, how would you do?
Frankly speaking, I'd like to be 7's friend, but he has refused me.
However I still hope that I could be his friend.
Just want to talk to him and chat with him, is it hard?
Can I be his friend?
I'm thinking that I may not be qualified to be his friend.
There is nothing special or nothing good to him.
So I have limited access to him.
If someone is not willing to become your friend, but you'd like to
put him as the first priority of friend, how would you do?
