In many of my dreams, I had dreamed about leaving this firm where I often feel trapped, devalued and punished. That day, my final day, finally came. I had expected of regrets and difficult feelings when going through all the pa cking and handover, but none of that happened (at least for now). A lot of “ what if” still hangs around and fear ensues out of uncertainties. Despite all the incoming uncertain challenges, I am certain this is my pursuit of further happiness and improvement. It takes courage to make the changes b ut also requires discipline to keep one going on the career ladder.
