其實你都已經查了解釋拉
分兩種: Broker 營業員 & Trader 交易員(盤房同事)
因為在國外 不是所有的金融產品都有監管
你沒有牌照 還是有可能從事沒有監管的產品
registered representative 稱做 持牌代表
也就是要你考完牌照,公司錄取你
公司會幫你上牌
幫你分擔部分 你在證監會註冊牌照的年費
掛在他們公司下面 成為他們的代表之一
經手有監管的產品之一切活動
比較常見的股票 外匯 期貨
通常是每張合約大小的產品規格都一樣的
證監會 會 監督
一個牌照只能在一間公司掛牌
而且所有的過往記錄 (待過哪家公司 多久 沒有沒被譴責過 停牌過)
