Client Support Clerk 證券保管部 外資法人客服專員
描述的工作內容如下
- Assist Foreign Institutional Investors (FINI) on daily cash management
- Control and monitor FINI capital amount
- Liaise with FINI tax guarantor for new appointment/name change/termination and earnings repatriation
- Prepare remittance reporting documents to local authorities
- Closely work with Payment and Treasury department ensuring all FX/remittance transaction are properly processed
- Produce FX confirmations to FINI in various customized formats and ensure all can be done timely and accurately
- Be familiar with FINI relevant rulings and provide professional service
- Static data maintenance
- Tariff setup
- Communication for account opening / account closure / account transfer
- Tackle with credit interest tax issue
- System setup for generating accurate statements/reports
