[請益]Wells Fargo -Operations Clerk Interview
小弟今天接到了一個面試通知
有幾個問題想請教各位先進
1. Wells Fargo 有這間銀行相關的工作評價，以及面試經驗可以分享嗎？
2. Operation Clerk這個職務主要的工作內容如下
‧ Handle manual payment processing and review/release on MPS system,
including USD/JPY/EUR payments and Chinese Character payments.
‧ USD payment repair and review/release on IFT system.
‧ Signature verification and call customers for fax payment verification.
‧ To be mindful on OFAC regulations and follow work procedures and
policies.
‧ As assigned by the Team Head, perform daily processing activities
achieving the delivery of services with established standards for
quality and productivity.
小弟沒待過銀行業，這看起來應該是外匯的相關工作
a. 請問面試上有什麼特別要注意的東西嗎？是否有可以先預先準備好了解相關知識
的資訊？
b. 工作時間是1530-0000，這時間很令人困惑orz
