POSITION:
‧ Sales assistant for Distribution Team
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
‧ Assistance on product documentations preparation
‧ Front office deal confirmations with clients
‧ Reporting and deal database management
‧ Prepare sales pitch books and presentations for client meetings
KEY SKILL AREAS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
‧ Fluency in English and Mandarin
‧ Detail oriented
‧ Less than 1 year working experience
‧ A quick learner who has a keen interest in the investment banking business
‧ Strong working capacity, in particular when under pressure
‧ Possess strong interpersonal skills
‧ Enthusiastic team player
