不好意思，耽誤各位強者的時間，
弱者我個人認為(A)的答案提出若Vernland生產增加的部份大於Borodia減少的部份
如此在Vernland能夠自給自足的前提下(我知道我在胡扯..XDD)可以將多餘的產品出
口至Borodia，這樣新的結論即可成立。
不知道有無強者能提供給我更好的解釋A是不正確的~~
另外，(C)的假設，小弟不是很能夠理解，還請各位強者為小弟解釋~~~~
