答案是(B),因為that是指the name
但是還原之後 After the merger, the name of the company will disappear
and be subsumed by the name of the new parent company.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
總覺得怪怪的,我會把這句還原成
After the merger, the name of the company will disappear
and the name will be subsumed by the new parent company.
