(1) In the survey, 36 percent of the men and 50 percent of the women

(2) In the survey, 288 men said that they considered engaging in research
an essential goal.
答案A
1400 x 42% = 588 人 they considered engaging in research an essential goal.
然後解答就寫 588 x women比例（50/100 )=參加女人的比例 這步我不懂...
我以為是
由（1) 得知 36% x 全部參加研究的男人＋50% x 全部參加研究的女人 = 588
由（2) 帶入 36% x 全部參加研究的男人 = 288
因此可求出全部參加研究的女人
