21.（未找到；3次）版本一：Issue是新題：People have a duty to disobey law if
it is unjust.
版本二：在一些情況下，人們可以DISOBEY LAW
版本三（這是偶從國外網站上盜來的版本- -）：
"There are two types of laws: just and unjust.
Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and,
even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."
這題題意雖然了解, 但是還真想不出啥好理由去支持或反對...
想請問一下大家的意見....thx
