問某國的per capita national debt 是否within $5 of $500
(我的理解就是是否在$495到$505)
1) the number of population精確到1，000，000 是8，000，000
2）national debt 精確到1，000，000，000 是4，000，000，000
E 因為如果number of population 為8，400，000 同時national debt
為4，400，000，000，則超出範圍
請教一下這個"精確到"是什麼意思？
