[問題] compared with的用法不太懂

大家好以下是我SC上課的筆記　但我自己在看的時候有些地方我不是很懂希望高手能幫我解答　謝謝 In the United States, while the number of foreign-born residents and their childern is higher than ever, the percentage of the population they represent is not; in 1910 this group made up 35 percent of the population, compared with 20 percent in 2000. 這邊的用法是compared with，既然要比較，一定要含動作才有辦法來比較。 compared with放在句尾一定做副詞片語　表達比較的概念　此時他的修飾對象邏輯主語　可能是前句的主詞或受詞此例可比性的對象是第三行的受詞35% =============================================== ＊我的問題： 1. " compared with要含動作才能比較 " ，有這麼嚴格嗎？　那麼上例中所含的動作是否是made up. 2.
