這題如果換成三角形，應該就很容易回答。
因為三角形任意兩邊長必須大於第三邊。
同理，四邊形任何三邊長必須大於第四邊。
X < 4+5+12=21
X+4+5>12 => X > 3
所以，3 < X < 21
