但是左邊就聽不太懂,因為superfluous and redundant不是應該放在一起嗎？
vital等於是反義了？

1. "exactly the same degree of intensity" --> 暗示第一空格是反義關係
2. superfluous and redundant放在一起, 帶進去粗略翻譯看看:
--> Joe談不重要與不重要的事用的是相同程度
--> Joe談重要與不重要的事用的都是相同程度 (這樣是不是比較通?)
3. as though 代表前後文同意, 第二句話重述第一句話
--> serious暗示第一空格應填同義字
4. 當然第二個空格就填superfluous同義字.
簡言之:
superfluous and ____ matters = serious and ____ matters
