ISSUE 81 "It is often necessary, even desirable, for political leaders to withhold information from the public." 123 "In order to improve the quality of instruction at the college and university level, all faculty should be required to spend time working outside the academic world in professions relevant to the courses they teach." 剛剛查了高頻表發現123是第一名@@ 考試時也是選No.123作答因為對教育相關比較有想法覺得運氣很好因為兩題剛好都在考前練習寫過! (總共寫了20題左右) 之前練習通常也都是用練習器隨機選取的ㄧ看到題目真的覺得很幸運!! ARGUMENT 78 The following appeared as an editorial in the local newspaper of Dalton. "When the neighboring town of Williamsville adopted a curfew four months ago that made it illegal for persons under the age of 18 to loiter or idle in public places after 10 p.m., youth crime in Williamsville dropped by 27 percent during curfew hours. Therefore, to help reduce its own rising crime rate, the town of Dalton should adopt the same kind of curfew.
