請問各位大大因為紅衫軍爆動了曼谷發布緊急狀況然後我寫信去問ET$說，因為這種情況，我取消考試是否可以全額退款? 結果回一堆官話-______-" 有點看不太懂，ET$的意思是可以全額退嗎? 裡面有提到會退報名費的一半，但我是因為國際情勢問題阿，又不是故意不考Q_Q 有戰友是跟我一樣4月30曼谷嗎Q____Q 信的內容如下，有請各位前輩幫我看一下感激不敬 Dear XXXXX, Regarding your inquiry: Please note that ETS does not schedule or administer the computer-based GRE General Test. To cancel your computer-based GRER General Test appointment, you must contact the appropriate registration center no later than three full days before your appointment (not including the day of your test or the day of your request) or your test fee will be forfeited. If testing in the U.S., U.S. Territories*, Puerto Rico, or Canada, cancel your appointment online at www.prometric.com or call 1-443-751-4820 or 1-800-GRE-CALL. For all other locations, please contact the appropriate Regional Registration Center (RRC). For RRC contact information, see the International Computer-based Testing Center List at www.ets.org/gre/cbtintlcenters or page 20 of the 2009-10 GRE Information and Registration Bulletin. If you cancel your registration by the deadline, you will receive a refund equivalent to half of the original test fee. The remainder of your payment will be retained to cover expenses for processing your registration and holding space at the test center. Refunds will be in U.S. dollars. Cash refunds are not available. If you paid by credit card, a refund will be processed automatically and will be credited to the original credit card or bank account. If you paid by check, refunds are processed automatically. If the original payment was drawn on a U.S. domestic bank, please allow eight weeks after your cancellation for your refund to be processed. If the original payment was made in non-U.S. funds drawn on a bank outside the United States, allow 12 weeks for your refund to be processed.
