先從X軸考慮起，-4≦x≦5 總共有9個單位(間隔)
所以在X軸選取邊長的方式 : 選取1單位、2單位...到9單位
而當選取1單位時有9種選取法(ex X軸 -4到-3, 0到1..etc)
同理選取2單位時有8種選取法(ex X軸 -4到-2, 0到2..etc)
=> 在X軸選取邊長的方式 : 9+8+7+...+1 = 45
接下來對於已決定的X軸 來選取Y軸，6≦y≦16，總共有10個單位(間隔)
=> 在Y軸選取邊長的方式 : 10+9+8+7+...+1 = 55
最後記得選取好了X軸與Y軸邊長，在這方形內的直角三角形有四種(自己旋轉移下)
Finally, 45*55*4 = 9900
