一個人沒使用優惠方案月租是48，使用後可以省多少？
48 - 16 = 32 (超過16元的部分)
32*50% = 16 (可以省下的費用)
所以他需要花費 8(方案費用) + 16(<16沒有優惠要照付) + 16 (>16要付的費用) = 40
省了 48 - 40 = 8
