抱歉排版不知道會不會很難懂，不過我猜大概是類似這樣的結構
就是any到adequately是第一個名詞片語，接的是助動詞would和原形動詞
require。而any到prices整個是個完整的子句，被 (Ving) the kind of ... 的形容詞
片語修飾
整個句子我會翻
懷疑論者爭論說任何向網站訪客收予以業者合理報償之費用的規劃都將索取高昂的價格
