各位好 小弟目前工作進入第五年 兩年內想要讀MBA 先目前經歷摘要: 學校:國立陽明大學醫學系 GPA 很慘烈 2.xx 進實驗室基礎研究1年,發表SCI論文 工作:住院醫師3年,診所1年, 負責診所日常所有大小事:副校長兼撞鐘(看診) 最主要的經歷都不在傳統軌道上 主要有 1.SBIR SIIR經濟部計畫 兩個政府補助的企業研發案,醫療資訊系統,分別獲得60萬和400萬的補助 2.初創企業投資和募資 最主要是一家新創電池公司,目前是軟銀的策略投資 3.2009年大學畢業拿2008年做空的錢,做過投資客...,2011年出場賺了一些 想進美國商學院的理由: 1.在創業、VC這兩個領域,台灣的環境對「非電子」業很不友善。生醫台灣目前看到 的狀況,在公開場合還是不予評論..,健保也是一個兇手 引述李開復的說法: 台大創業基金要求佔股 65%,李開復直言「腦子有問題」 http://technews.tw/2015/04/27/ntuea/ 2.醫藥全球市場美國佔了40-50%,EU約20-30%,日本10% then rest of the world,不去美國最大市場親身經歷,怎樣都說不通 現在除了 1.英文寫作口說 2.先預先準備課程內容(大學時有自己讀會計和財務報表,財務報表很熟) coursera.org上面的Wharton系列(不過出乎我的意料,好像挺簡單的?) 3.Pual Graham 在史丹佛開的創業課 請問還可以準備什麼?謝謝! 目前還有和朋友進行醫療硬體的開發side project 詳細經歷如下 Experiences in Clinical Practice Yun-ting Clinic Alliances Network Feb 2014 – Present Physician/Clinic Partner/Manager ■ Innovated in a poor-funded environment, where Taiwan’s insurance pays USD 15 for each patient visit, to deliver quality medical services to more than 15,000 patients per year in underserved areas. Enhanced the compliance of more than 300 diabetic patients, where the completion rate of quarterly follow-up visits and essential examinations increased by 29%. Used data visualization to improve patients’ comprehension of the health information. The visualization gained positive responses, especially from patients of low education levels, who constitute over 50% of our patients. ■ Oversaw a pharmacy and a contracted medical laboratory; analyzed and planed the operations of the Clinic Led two pharmacists to reduce errors during medication dispensing. Renegotiated the prices of prescription drugs and contract medical laboratory services. Reduced the cost by 33%. Boosted overall revenue and profit by 10% compared with an averaged 7% revenue decline among nation-wide clinics. Annual integrated health screens increased by 34%. Tungs' Taichung MetroHobor Hospital Aug 2010 – Aug 2013 Residency in Family Medicine ■ Led and coordinated medical intern courses and was voted as “Best Tutor” by interns. ■ Awarded “Excellence in Medical Knowledge.” Experiences in Health IT YourSaas Co., Ltd Nov 2010 – Feb 2014 ■ Co-developed an electronic medical record solution, which won USD 15,000 in grants from New Taipei City government. Invented a method to generate medical notes and record physicians’ decision-making processes by enabling physicians to create relations within a chronicle of SOAP notes. (Taiwan patent application number 101115687) Designed a bedside IT system integrated smart phones, set-top boxes, and patient engagement apps to replace the existing bedside computers at 75% less cost. (Taiwan patent number M484735: An information system that automatically pushes patient education contents and prevents the leakage of patients’ privacy) ■ Earned USD 120,000 grants from Ministry of Economic Affairs to develop to an outsourcing service for clinics to track, support, and educate patients with chronic diseases. Dr. Pad Apr 2010 – May 2011 ■ Co-developed the first Taiwanese ward-rounding iPad app allowing physicians to access patients’ conditions at hand. In 2011, the app was adapted by Taipei Veteran General Hospital, a 3,000-bed teaching medical center. Experiences in Financing, Investment and Business Support in Early Stage Companies ■ Screened and evaluated potential early-stage targets for angel investors with 21% annual return on investment. ■ Raised fund totaling USD 2.5 million, invested, and assisted in solving various challenges in early stage companies for: NAVI Bio-therapeutics – a specialist in cell-based cancer immune-therapy. ProLogium Technology – a groundbreaker in safe lithium battery technology and unique battery solutions of wearable/military electronics. A strategic investment of SoftBank China Venture Capital.
