在美國，freelancer和contractor沒有明顯不同
官方用詞都是contractor
: 是不是只要有受雇於某間公司就可以
: 只要不是 self-employment 就可以呢？
依照4/25/2008的SEVP方針
work for hire(contractor), self-employed business owner, employment through
agency, unpaid employment等等，只要有證據，且屬於相關領域，
都視為allowed employment
